Ryan Hammond

Ryan Hammond is an experienced professional in total rewards and people operations, currently serving as the VP of Total Rewards and People Operations at Datavant since May 2023. Previously, Ryan held roles such as Head of Total Rewards and People Analytics at Airtable and Senior Director of People Research and Data Solutions at Nike, where strategic leadership in people research and data science was emphasized. Ryan's background includes building and leading people analytics teams at Pure Storage and hiQ Labs, as well as co-founding Syndio, focused on pay equity analytics. An academic contributor, Ryan served as an Assistant Professor of Management at SKK GSB and holds a PhD from MIT Sloan School of Management, complemented by a dual degree from Cornell University in Industrial and Labor Relations.
