Trey R.

Trey R. is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the SVP of Provider Business and Channel Development at Datavant since April 2025. Previously, Trey held leadership roles at Optum, including VP Sales Leader and AVP Business Development, focusing on partnership sales and market development. Additionally, Trey has invested as an Angel Investor in healthcare startups through HealthTech Capital and provided advisory services to various health technology organizations. Before these roles, Trey was AVP of Channel Sales at Change Healthcare, where responsibilities included developing digital health partnerships and sales strategies. Trey co-founded Hash Chi LLC, a digital health incubator, and has played a mentorship role in several digital health initiatives. Trey holds a Master’s in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BA in Advertising from The University of Georgia.
