Johan Staffas

Johan Staffas is a technical specialist and sales professional at Dataväxt AB since January 2020, with prior experience as an agronomist at MTK-Uusimaa from November 2017 to December 2019, where responsibilities included project management for initiatives supporting young farmers. Before this, Johan founded and served as CEO of Agro-Jtech Solutions, focusing on agricultural machinery consultancy from September 2013 to October 2017. Earlier roles include supporting domestic grain trading at Avena Nordic Grain Oy and summer positions at Väderstad AB, where Johans' tasks involved equipment demonstrations and customer interactions. Johan holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Helsinki and additional education in leadership and various training programs.
