Min Pan

Min (Mason) Pan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, program management, and product management across leading technology firms. Currently serving as Director of Engineering and Operations at DataVisor since January 2019, Min drives day-to-day operations for a global engineering team, acts as Scrum Master, and facilitates collaboration between product teams and engineers. Prior roles include Senior Program & Product Management at Hewlett Packard Enterprise where Min successfully launched a key product feature in the big data space, and Associate Partner at IBM focusing on business development in technology services. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Capgemini Consulting, Accenture, Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies, and PwC, where Min excelled in digital transformation, ERP implementations, and business process re-engineering. Min holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Tsinghua University.
