Sunit Karayath

Sunit Karayath is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and project finance. Currently, Sunit serves in the Investment & Financing department at DataVolt since June 2024. Prior to this role, Sunit worked at Radiance Renewables from October 2021 to June 2024, focusing on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and equity fundraising within the Green Growth Equity Fund. Sunit's previous experience includes a managerial position at PwC India, where responsibilities encompassed fund raising and deal execution in the infrastructure and industrial sectors, as well as roles at IndusInd Bank and SBI Capital Markets, emphasizing project finance and investment banking. Sunit began a career in corporate planning and strategy at Shapoorji Pallonji Group from August 2010 to April 2014. Academically, Sunit holds an MBA in Finance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University.
