Lisa Crutcher

Lisa Crutcher has extensive experience in customer support and account management, currently serving as an Account Manager and DX Team Support at DataXoom since September 2014. In this role, responsibilities include managing customer inquiries regarding order status and product knowledge, processing orders, maintaining internal tracking systems, and overseeing client inventory and deployment projects. Prior to DataXoom, Lisa worked at True Wireless as a Customer Support Specialist from July 2014 to March 2021, where similar customer service tasks were performed.
