Peter Shelus

Peter Shelus is a co-founder of DatChat and has served as the Chief Technology Officer since January 2016. Mr. Shelus has over 10 years of ephemeral messaging and mobile video development experience. Mr. Shelus has been at the forefront of the secure messaging industry, having served as a lead engineer for one of the first ephemeral messaging platforms, “BigString,” where he helped develop the patented technology that became a cornerstone of self-destructing messaging. Mr. Shelus received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Rutgers University, where he graduated with honors.
