Marjorie Mayor, CHRP, is an HR practitioner with over 10 years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Organizational Development in the construction industry. They worked as Section Head for Talent Acquisition and Training and Organizational Development at DATEM Incorporated, where they led initiatives such as Succession Planning and Leadership Development Programs. Marjorie’s earlier roles include Training Supervisor and Training Executive at Global Learning Innovations and School Nurse at Entrepreneurs School of Asia. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Manila Central University.
