Sylvester Oquendo

Sylvester Oquendo is a civil engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Holy Trinity University, completed in 2011. Sylvester Oquendo began a professional career at A R Lustre Construction Corporation, where responsibilities included project engineering, planning, estimating, and technical documentation from January 2012 to January 2019, followed by a role as Site Engineer. From June 2019 to June 2022, Sylvester Oquendo served as Project QAQC Head at D.M. CONSUNJI, INC. (DMCI). Currently, Sylvester Oquendo is employed as a QAQC-Materials Engineer at DATEM Incorporated, a position held since June 2022.
