Sara Moretto

Sara Moretto has worked as a China Research Analyst at Datenna since November 2022. Their responsibilities in this role include researching industrial and innovation policies in China, preparing reports and presentations for international clients, coordinating marketing activities with international media, expanding the company's network of knowledge partners, and collaborating with data scientists on Chinese data research. Prior to this, they worked as an Airport Information Assistant at SAVE S.p.A in June and July 2015.

Sara Moretto has a diverse education history that includes a range of academic achievements and certifications. Sara obtained a Master's Degree in Language and Management to China from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, completing their studies between 2020 and 2022. During the same period, Sara also pursued another Master's Degree in Business and Politics in Modern Asia from Higher School of Economics. In 2019, they attended the Ca' Foscari - Harvard Summer School at Harvard University. Prior to their master's degrees, Sara completed their Bachelor's Degree in Language, Culture, and Society of Asia and Mediterranean Africa at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, they participated in a six-month overseas program at 西南大学 in 2019, focusing on an intensive Mandarin course at the intermediate level.

Furthermore, Sara has obtained a certification in Chinese language proficiency. Specifically, they achieved HSK level 4 (Chinese Proficiency Test, level B2 of CEFR) from Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) in 2020.
