Oscar Lujan

Oscar Lujan is an experienced food safety and milling professional with a background in managing food safety programs and quality control. Currently serving as the Food Safety Coordinator at Datepac LLC since January 2020, Oscar oversees food safety and sanitation matters while monitoring the Food Safety System. Prior to this role, Oscar was the Head Miller at Molinera Del Valle from September 2014 to December 2019, where responsibilities included maintaining the efficient operation of cleaning and milling equipment and ensuring wheat mix uniformity. Oscar holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from CETYS Universidad, obtained between 2010 and 2015.
