Shobhan K. has over 20 years of work experience in software engineering. Shobhan began their career in 1997 as a Software Engineer at Softpro Systems. Shobhan then moved on to become a Software Engineer at Cygnus Solutions Pvt Ltd (acquired by Polycom) in 1998. In 2000, they joined Pluris Inc as a Software Engineer, where they worked on Ethernet, Switching & Routing protocols, and Terabit Router design & development. In 2002, they joined Quantum Corp as a Software Engineer, making major contributions in C++ to open source openwbem project. From 2010 to 2019, they were employed at Dell EMC as a Technical Staff, working on Distributed Systems, Cluster, Scaleout, Networking, ESXi, VSphere, Load Balancing, Cockroach DB, CoroSync, AWS, KVM, and Containers. Shobhan currently works as a Senior Software Engineer at Datera.

Shobhan K. has a diverse educational background. Shobhan has a High School degree from St. Josephs High School. Shobhan then pursued a B.S. Electrical Engineering degree, followed by an M.S. Computer Engineering degree. Shobhan also attended APRJC Nagarjunasagar.
