Bert Schmidt

Bert Schmidt has over six years of experience in a medium-sized tax consultancy, where they worked extensively with DATEV software and led a consulting team focused on business management issues. As the head of a lab, they have been responsible for advancing the consulting portfolio in relation to the digital transformation of tax consultancies. Currently, Bert oversees consulting excellence, project management, and innovative consulting approaches for their department at DATEV eG. They earned a Diplom-Kaufmann degree with a focus on macroeconomics, finance, and game theory from FernUniversität in Hagen. Outside of work, Bert enjoys financial planning and hiking in the scenic Berchtesgadener Land.
