Dr. Simone Wanken

Dr. Simone Wanken is currently the Leiterin Skills & Competence at DATEV eG, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as Teamleiterin Weiterbildung & New Work at DATEV eG from 2016 to 2020, and as Abteilungsleiterin "Entwicklung & Transfer" at the Distance and Independent Studies Center from 2015 to 2016. Dr. Wanken has a diverse background, including roles in project management and competence profiling at Technische Universität Kaiserslautern, where they worked from 2011 to 2015. They earned a Diplom in Pedagogy, Psychology, and Sociology at Universität Trier from 2002 to 2008 and completed their PhD in Social Sciences at Technische Universität Kaiserslautern in 2015.
