Janik Meyer is currently a Management Assistant at DATEV, where they support the Executive Board and foster a diverse working environment through initiatives in communication and collaboration. They are also the Founder and Community Lead of #CoDA, managing a vibrant community of over 250 members. In addition, Janik supervises scientific research at Hochschule Fresenius and serves as a peer reviewer at DHBW Heilbronn. They are pursuing a Master's degree in International Management at IU International University, focusing on strategic marketing and global branding, and received the “Best Young Professional” award in 2025 for their outstanding contributions.
