Leander Kahle

Leander Kahle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, which they completed in 2024. Currently, they work as a Consultant in the CBDO Office at DATEV eG, where they leverage their business acumen and passion for the intersection of economic and social policy. Previously, Leander gained valuable experience through internships in public finance and international transaction tax, where they actively engaged with complex policy issues and stakeholder communication. Additionally, they co-founded the startup mushROOM to innovate in the agriculture sector. Leander is taking a brief career break before transitioning into the IT sector, with aspirations for a Master's in Public Policy to foster larger-scale positive change.
