Ann Cavoukian, Ph.D., is a prominent expert in privacy and security, serving as Founder and CEO of Global Privacy & Security by Design since January 2018. In addition to this role, Cavoukian holds multiple positions, including Executive Director at the Global Privacy & Security by Design Centre and Senior Fellow at Ryerson University’s Ted Rogers Leadership Centre. Other notable roles include Distinguished Expert-in-Residence at the Privacy by Design Centre of Excellence and Executive Director of The Privacy and Big Data Institute at Ryerson University.
