Erika Allen

Erika Allen is a seasoned professional in passenger insights and marketing, currently serving as a Senior Representative at Greater Toronto Airports Authority since June 2019. In this role, Erika spearheads special projects within passenger feedback programs and collaborates with stakeholders at Toronto Pearson International Airport to enhance marketing activities aimed at improving passenger experiences. Previous positions at the Authority include leading digital communications and content strategies during organizational changes and managing in-terminal survey programs.
