Eric Berg

Eric Berg has extensive work experience in application development and software engineering. Eric is currently employed at ContinuumCloud as the Senior Director of Application Development. Prior to this, they worked at DATIS, Part of the ContinuumCloud, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Director of Application Development and Applications Software Development Manager. At DATIS, they led the rewrite of three client-facing applications, modernizing them to be serverless and mobile-friendly using AWS products and services, Angular, and Node.js. Eric also managed project specifications, technical design, and requirements for new projects. Before joining DATIS, they worked at HSN as a Software Engineer, where they collaborated with programmers on site enhancements and provided technical advising on interface design and user experience. Eric also developed ASP.Net and ASP.Net MVC projects for the website and mobile devices. Prior to HSN, they worked at E Solutions Corporation as a Graphic Designer, where they met with clients to discuss project needs, designed websites and printed materials, and supported multiple projects using proprietary CMS. Eric first entered the field at Digital Illusions Lab as a Lead Designer. Overall, Eric's experience showcases their expertise in application development, project management, and technical design.

Eric Berg, PSM, attended Keota High School from an unknown start year to 2000. After completing high school, they enrolled at Full Sail University from 2003 to 2004, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Digital Media.

Additionally, Eric has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In May 2020, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org. In May 2009, they obtained the Secure Coding for PCI Compliance certification from The SANS Institute.
