Chris O'Brien

Founder & Designer at Dative

Chris OBrien has been working in the design industry since 1999. Chris began their career at Locust Street Sign Company as Lead Designer, where they managed the design aspects of a mid-sized sign & graphics company, working with new clients from consultation through design & production, and successfully managing multiple deadline-driven projects at the same time. In 2008, they founded their own company, Chris OBrien Design. In 2011, they joined 20Mile Interactive as Director of User Experience, where they were responsible for user interface and visual design for websites, web applications, and mobile websites, as well as user experience design including usability testing, wire framing, and prototyping. In 2013, they founded Dative, building modern websites that are dead simple to use, blazing fast, and get triple-digit results.

Chris OBrien attended Falmouth High School and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In April 2018, they obtained a Google AdWords Nanodegree Program certification from Udacity.
