Bruce Jonson

Bruce Jonson has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Bruce started their career in 1987 at Quality Hotels New Zealand, where they held various roles until 1993. From 1997 to 1999, they worked at SFRITO as an IT Manager and at Central Institute of Technology as a Systems Analyst. In 2000, they joined Nintendo of Canada as a DBA until 2004. From 2004 to 2019, they served as a Senior Database Engineer at MDNetSolutions. In 2009, they became a Director at DB Gurus NZ and later at Datix Consulting NZ in 2009. Currently, they are working as a Developer at TimberSmart NZ, starting in July 2021.

Bruce Jonson attended New Plymouth Boys High from 1982 to 1985, but did not pursue a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Bruce later enrolled in the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2006, where they studied IT.
