Flavio Vallocchia is currently the Head of UX & Service Design at DATLAS, where they focus on user-centered design principles through listening, observation, analysis, planning, and testing. Previously, Flavio served as a Senior UX Designer at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from 2019 to 2024 and at BNL BNP Paribas from 2013 to 2019. They have also worked as a UX Designer at Merck and as a Satellite Operator for the Italian Army. Flavio holds a Diploma Accademico in Multimedia Design from Istituto Europeo di Design and a degree in Economia e Management from Università di Roma Tor Vergata, along with design thinking workshops from Politecnico di Milano.
