Noa Klot

Noa Klot has a long and varied work history, beginning in 1999 when they were a Senior Administrative Manager for the National Security Council in the Israeli Prime Minister's Office. In 2002, they moved to HiCapital as an HR & Recruitment Manager, where they promoted projects and collaborations, led recruitment processes for several global enterprises, and recruited professional staff for a subsidiary. In 2004, they joined Ness Technologies as an HRBP, where they were responsible for formulating the company's vision and a winning business strategy. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the CEO of 3Base, acting as COO. Currently, Noa Klot is the Head of Customer Success at Datorios (fka Metrolink), a position they have held since 2022.

Noa Klot received their M.A. in Counseling & Organizational Development from The College of Management Academic Studies in 2008, and their B.A. in Management & Behavioral Sciences from the same institution in 2004.
