Datrica is a software company building at the intersection of enterprise implementation, business advisory, and custom software engineering, where the hardest enterprise problems actually get solved.

Not a consultancy. Not a software house. Not a systems integrator.

We're disrupting how enterprise transformation gets delivered. We call it Consulting as Code.

Traditional consulting lives in slide decks, methodology PDFs, and the heads of senior partners. We encode it in software: versionable Skills, governed MCP servers, agentic systems, and decision surfaces the business runs in production. The methodology is the artifact. The deliverable is a system, not a recommendation.

Our test before writing a single line of code:
→ Does a proven solution already exist?
→ Does it fit the business process, not the other way around?
→ Will it survive scale, audit, and turnover?

If all three answer yes: we integrate (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, Salesforce, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.). If one doesn't, we build the piece that closes the gap.

What we deliver:
→ Finance Transformation: ERP modernization, EPM/CPM, AI-augmented close, financial intelligence platforms
→ Data & AI Foundations: cloud data stacks, semantic layers, agentic systems on governed enterprise data
→ Custom Software: decision surfaces, internal tools, integrations and middleware where no off-the-shelf option fits

25+ years of senior expertise. 250+ projects across 10+ industries. We measure outcomes in numbers, not adjectives, recent results include €1.2M annual inventory savings via demand forecasting (894 SKUs, 15 algorithms evaluated) and a causal-inference marketing platform across 11+ KPIs.

Headquartered in Barcelona. Serving clients across Europe, US and Latin America.

Engineered, not advised.
