Olcum Saracoglu

Olcum Saracoglu is currently a BI Developer at Datrick. Prior to this, they were a Business Intelligence Team Lead at TARNET from August 2020 to July 2022. There, they were responsible for leading a team of 10 people and implementing the SAP Crystal Reports OEM infrastructure within the ERP system. Olcum has also worked as a Business Intelligence Specialist at Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center Maastricht NV from July 2018 to July 2020, where they were responsible for building and maintaining Tableau and Cognos reports with complex queries, supporting and consulting stakeholders, and using advanced VBA Excel Macro and pivot tables for dynamic reporting.

Olcum Saracoglu holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Tilburg University, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Bilkent University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Maastricht University. Olcum also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Physics from Ankara University. Additionally, Olcum Saracoglu has certification from Eurocentres - La Rochelle in French Proficiency.
