Mark Potter

Mark Potter is a seasoned engineer specializing in communication systems with a robust background in HF/VHF radio system design and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Applications Engineer at Datron World Communications, Inc. since May 2022, Mark is responsible for system design, bid preparation, and customer interaction to meet communication solutions. Previously, Mark held the position of Sales Engineer at Staco Systems, where responsibilities included creating proposals and providing technical support. Mark's extensive experience at Datron World Communications from 2005 to 2019 involved designing complex RF systems and offering comprehensive customer support. Additional roles included Product Manager at Southland Micro Systems, Customer Service Engineer at Cadence Design Systems, Communications Systems Engineer at BD Systems Inc., and RF Communications Engineer at General Railway Signal-LA. Mark holds a B.S. in Electronic Engineering with a focus on RF Communications from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
