Denise Benedict is a strategic HR and people leader with extensive experience in enhancing operational processes and fostering a supportive work culture. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Datrose, Denise has previously held the HR Manager position at CNS Custom Design LLC, where they prioritized recruitment, staff development, and workplace safety compliance. Denise holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Leadership from Nazareth University and a BBA in Technology Management from SUNY Alfred State. They are also a Senior Certified Professional through SHRM and have a foundational AS in Psychology from Monroe Community College.
