Technical Support Engineer

Brian Wright has over 20 years of experience in technical support and leadership roles. Since June 2016, Brian has been employed as a Technical Support Engineer at Datto, Inc. Prior to this, from December 2004 to June 2016, Brian worked at Sutherland in various technical support positions for companies such as Proofpoint Inc., Good Technologies, and Blackboard Inc., and also had roles in lead generation at Cisco Systems and as a sales technician at Intuit. Brian's career began in the US Army, serving as a Specialist from September 1999 to August 2004 in C Battery 1st/156th Field Artillery and B 427th Support Battalion. Brian is currently pursuing education at Rochester Business Institute since 2004.
