Leah Dunkelberger's work experience includes roles in various organizations. Leah worked as a Senior Developer at Datum Software Inc. from October 2020 to the present. In this role, they collaborated with contracting and military teams to create, deploy, maintain, and update websites for government personnel. Leah ensured the accuracy and security of government personnel information and utilized programming languages such as C#, PL/SQL, JavaScript, and PowerShell.
Before that, from August 2019 to October 2020, they worked as a Client Care Coordinator at Home Instead Senior Care. Their responsibilities included creating and managing schedules for caregivers and clients, recording and maintaining employee and client information with strict privacy adherence, and maximizing operational effectiveness.
From August 2015 to July 2016, they served as the Treasurer at Holloman Enlisted Spouses Club. Additionally, from September 2011 to July 2016, they worked as a Volunteer Manager at Holloman AFB Airman's Attic. In this role, they scheduled volunteer and work activities for a community assistance and aid program and performed quality checks on incoming data using Microsoft Office. Leah also collaborated closely with Base Leadership to enhance base morale.
Leah Dunkelberger obtained an Associate's degree in Finance, General from New Mexico State University from 2009 to 2013. Leah then pursued further education at Western Governors University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from 2023 to 2024. In addition to their academic achievements, Leah Dunkelberger has also obtained several certifications including ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2023, CompTIA Cloud+ from CompTIA in August 2022, and CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in September 2020.
