Margot Anthoni

Margot Anthoni has extensive experience in human resources and coaching, with a career spanning various roles and companies. Anthoni served as an HR Generalist at Terumo Medical Corporation from September 2003 to April 2016, covering the total employee life cycle for HQ, sales, and marketing departments. Following that role, Anthoni worked as a Freelance Coach at Make me Fly! from October 2016 to December 2020 and briefly held the position of Loopbaancoach at Bakker & Partners in mid-2016. From February 2020 to January 2022, Anthoni was the Head of Talent Development and later held multiple leadership roles in Learning & Talent Management at Datwyler Group. Prior to these positions, Anthoni worked as a Payroll Consultant at SD Worx and as a self-employed coach, trainer, and HR consultant.
