Patrick Regli

Patrick Regli has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to quality management, production engineering, and supply chain quality. Their most recent position is as Head of Quality Mobility Schattdorf at Datwyler Group. Prior to that, they worked as the Quality Manager at iProcess Technologies for four years. Patrick has also held management positions as the Head of Quality at BERGHOFF Group and as a Supply Chain Quality Engineer at RUAG Aerostructures. Before transitioning into quality management roles, Regli worked in production engineering and project management positions at Siemens Schweiz AG. Patrick began their career as a Quality Inspector at Pilatus Aircraft Ltd and has also worked as a mechanic at Swiss Gravel and Stones Ltd and as a CNC Mechanic at Wyss AG. Regli has a strong background in quality control, supplier quality management, production planning, and process improvement.

Patrick Regli obtained their education at various institutions and received certifications throughout their career. From 1990 to 1994, Regli completed a Lehre Maschinenmechaniker at RUAG Schweiz AG. Patrick then pursued further education at SFB Höhere Fachschule für Technik, where they earned a Prozessfachmann HF degree from 2004 to 2005. Continuing their studies, Regli obtained a Techniker HF in Unternehmensprozesse degree from the same institution between 2005 and 2007. In 2009 to 2011, they attended SFB Höhere Fachschule für Technik again, completing a Nachdiplomstudium Betriebswirtschaft HF. Most recently, Regli attended HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich from 2013 to 2015 and obtained a MAS Master in Quality and Leadership degree. Additionally, in September 2014, they obtained the Sicherheitsassistent SUVA certification from SUVA.
