Brian Wright

Brian Wright has extensive experience in the field of business intelligence and data architecture. Brian began their career at Telecate in 1986 as the Director of Software Development. Brian then moved on to roles such as Senior Programmer Analyst at Logo 7 and System Analyst at Quickie Manufacturing. In 1994, they joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Senior System Analyst. From 1997 to 2005, Brian worked at IBM as an Enterprise Information Architect. Brian then transitioned to Avanade as a Solutions Architect for Business Intelligence. After that, they worked at Advanced System Designs as a Business Intelligence Lead Architect. Brian joined SAIC in 2009 as a Business Intelligence Manager, where they developed repository and application database designs for Air Mobility Command and worked closely with top leaders for evaluation. From 2011 to 2012, Brian was a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Brown Shoe Company, where they developed repository and application database BI for financial systems and designed solutions for the eCommerce data warehouse. Since 2012, Brian has been working at Daugherty Business Solutions as a Principal Data Architect, where they have been responsible for Big Data Architecture and BI integration with data analytics packaging process.

Brian Wright obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tri-State University, where they studied from 1981 to 1986. In addition to their degree, they have also earned several certifications, including the Snowflake Pro Core Certification from Snowflake in October 2023. Brian has also received certifications from Microsoft, including the Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert - Business Intelligence in 2013, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate - SQL Server 2012 in 2013, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Office Performance Point Server 2007 in 2008, Microsoft Certified IT Professional - Database Administrator on SQL Server 2005 in 2006, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist - SQL Server 2005 in 2006. Brian has also earned certifications from IBM, such as the IBM Certified Professional in 2004 and IBM Certified Application Development & System Design in 1997.
