The Davcor Group consists of seven divisions that distributes and markets to different market segments. These consist of;
1.	Lock and Key Co – distributing to locksmiths and security companies
2.	Howard F. Hudson (HFH) – distributing to hardware stores
3.	Freshware – distributing to cabinet makers and OEMS. 
4.	Lencare – distributing to the health care sector
5.	SmartLock Digital – distributing to safe manufacturers and end-users including banks and retail
6.	EVVA – distributing worlds most secure master key systems and AirKey® wireless lock technology
7.	Electronic Keying Australia – distributing the most innovative and advanced key-centric wireless access control system to end users
