Bill Beer

Bill leads Daversa's San Francisco office, and he has earned a reputation as one of the most respected executive recruiters in the technology sector. Bill has conducted more than 300 searches in 20+ years of search experience recruiting executives across the entire C/VP suite for both consumer and enterprise start-ups and public companies. Bill partners closely with some of the top venture firms in the industry including Greylock, Kleiner Perkins and Andreessen Horowitz. He has helped build the executive teams for AirBnB, Pinterest, Square, The Chernin Group, DocuSign, BrightRoll, Zynga, Lyft, OneKingsLane, Shazam, SoundCloud, Trulia, Tumblr and many other high-growth companies. Prior to Daversa Partners, Bill spent 9 years with technology search firm OTEC where he launched and ran their Silicon Valley practice, founded and spun off a human capital consultancy and helped launch Hotjobs.com inside OTEC. He graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Mathematics.
