Tess Steele

Tess Steele is a skilled professional with diverse experience in recruitment and business development. Currently serving as a Headhunter at Daversa Partners since January 2022, Tess previously held positions in business development at Ceros and as an English Language Teacher with the Teaching Assistant Program in France USA. Additional experience includes recruiting at Savannah College of Art and Design and leadership as a Bonner Leader at The Bonner Foundation. Tess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Philosophy from The University of the South and an MBA in Business Analytics from the Cameron School of Business at UNC Wilmington.
