Vicky Gullotti

Vicky, a dedicated Headhunter and Mother, sets a high bar for identifying impactful leadership for her clients. She is one of the founding team members at Daversa Partners and is considered to be one of the firm’s veteran headhunters. Vicky is a trusted search advisor to the boards and management teams that hire her, including Kleiner Perkins, Benchmark, Sequoia, and General Catalyst. She spends her time building the leadership teams for both early and late stage innovative companies within the consumer internet, services, and healthcare technology sectors. She has recently helped to build out the executive teams at Stella & Dot, Snapchat, Carecloud, and Oscar Insurance, among others. Vicky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from State University of New York, FIT.
