Established in 1994 Davey Co has grown to become one of the most respected specialist, privately owned national business agents. Now operating through 3 strategically placed office locations including our head office in Nottingham, we have proudly retained our proprietor led principles which place us in a unique position to fully understand the needs of owner operators – both buyers and sellers alike.

Our core business is the valuation, sale and acquisition of hospitality, licensed and leisure businesses. Inns, pubs, restaurants, hotels and leisure are our specialisation. We concentrate our attention upon the private client and small, emerging multiple site operator market segments.

We are proud to be the sole property sector sponsors of the MA500, a unique business club comprising the top 500 most dynamic, privately owned multiple site operators throughout the country.

We have a highly effective off-market, confidential sales and acquisitions solution which facilitates transactions without the staff, customers or competitors of the subject business being aware.

Professional, experienced, competent and highly results driven, Davey Co is the right place to come if a successful outcome to your business sale or acquisition is what you are after.
