Dave Walker is an experienced culinary and food service professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as District Manager for Davians since June 2019, Dave previously held the position of Multi-site Food Service Director at Aramark from February 2002 to June 2019. Prior to that, Dave worked as Chef de Cuisine at Merrill Hills Country Club, where the role involved managing kitchen operations in a prestigious private club environment. Early career experience includes a position as Prep Cook at Chancery Pub and Restaurant. Dave completed an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Waukesha County Technical College between 2001 and 2003.
