Our retail nationwide work is managed by a team of experienced project managers, assistants and highly skilled traveling retail superintendents, whom specialize in retail work.  Along with our many successful retail projects nationwide, we remain actively involved with local projects throughout Virginia.  Our commercial team is comprised of highly experienced project managers, superintendents and carpenters and our  own in-house site work division. 
 
Safety is of the utmost importance to us. Our safety director ensures that all OSHA practices are upheld and weekly safety meetings are conducted on site; ensuring the protection of all of our field staff and subcontractors onsite.
 
Our sister corporation, Nicewood Enterprises Inc., is an 80,000 square foot state of the art millwork facility; employing over eighty production personnel and producing some of the finest fixtures and millwork in the industry for both our retail and commercial divisions.
