David Griscti & Associates traces its roots to the mid-1990s. Founded by Senior Partner Dr David Griscti, one of Malta’s leading legal practitioners in financial services law, it is proud to be Malta’s first law firm solely focused on financial services law. Its main areas of practice within financial services have been investment funds, fund management companies, other areas of investment services law, capital markets, banking law, corporate and trust law and tax law. The Firm has four partners and two directors, together with its other staff complement. It is housed in a beautifully restored self-contained palazzo in Valletta, a UNESCO world heritage city.

The Firm offers pre-licensing advisory and structuring services to clients seeking a license under the Investment Services Act, the Banking Act, the Financial Institutions Act, the Special Funds Act, the Securitisation Act and the Financial Markets Act; registration, licensing and on-going legal, tax and accounting services.
 
The Firm also offers a comprehensive services package to corporate clients, trusts, foundations and high-net-worth clients, as well as clients in the shipping, yachting and aviation sectors.
