Before I ever opened a set of books, I learned what it actually takes to run a business. Over a 45-year career spanning a distinguished 20-year U.S. Navy submarine service and 25 years in corporate network engineering, I managed complex projects and oversaw budgets. I understand the pressure of making payroll, controlling costs, and making decisions with incomplete information — because I have lived it.

That experience is what I bring to every client relationship as a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. I am not just a bookkeeper who records transactions — I am a business professional who understands what those numbers mean to you as an owner. My goal is to be the financial partner you can rely on, not just a vendor you write a check to.

I provide comprehensive QuickBooks Online bookkeeping services, including expense tracking, bank feed setup, invoicing, vendor management, payroll setup and processing, monthly reconciliations, year-end reporting, and third-party software integrations. I have successfully supported businesses across a range of industries, including transmission repair, convenience retail, manufacturing, and IT consulting, giving me the practical, cross-industry insight to understand your business inside and out.

As a proud U.S. Navy veteran decorated with four Navy Achievement Medals, I have a particular passion for serving veteran-owned businesses. Veterans bring discipline, resilience, and a mission-focused mindset to everything they build — and I understand that mindset firsthand. Whether you served or not, you will find in me a partner who shows up prepared, communicates clearly, and gets the job done right.

My mission is simple: to help small business owners eliminate the stress of bookkeeping, reclaim 5–10 hours per month, and gain the clear financial visibility needed to reduce expenses, grow confidently, and make decisions that move the business forward.

Let's build a financial foundation your business can grow on.
