Christopher Record

Christopher Record is an experienced photographer with a diverse background in various aspects of photography. Currently serving as the College Photographer at Davidson College since August 2017, Record contributes to College Communications at a prestigious liberal arts institution. As the owner and principal photographer of Christopher Record Photography since January 2002, Record focuses on portraits, corporate, and editorial photography. Prior professional experience includes working as a staff photographer for The Charlotte Observer from 1992 to 2007, where coverage ranged from major events like the Super Bowl to encounters with national leaders. Additionally, Record served as the Director of Photography at The Times-News from November 1989 to May 1992, leading a successful photography team at a local newspaper. Christopher Record holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Commonwealth University-Mansfield.
