John Kello

John Kello is an experienced academic and business professional with a focus on psychology and organizational development. Currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Professor at Davidson College since 1974, John Kello has actively mentored graduate students and advised numerous doctoral candidates. As the owner of John E. Kello & Associates, Inc. since 1990, John Kello has collaborated with various companies to enhance performance and cultivate positive organizational culture. Additionally, John Kello contributed to the NASA-UT Aerospace Research Program as a Visiting Associate Professor at the University of Texas at Austin, developing Crew Resource Management training for major US airlines. Educational credentials include a PhD in Psychology from Duke University and a BS in Psychology from Old Dominion University.
