Cheryl Brown is an experienced professional in leadership development and coaching, currently serving as a Facilitator and Coach for the Leadership Program at Rio Tinto since November 2023. Cheryl has extensive experience with the NSW Government's Department of Customer Service, facilitating leadership development programs since December 2018, and with Human Synergy as a Workshop Facilitator since June 2017. Additional roles include Executive Coach at Davidson - Consulting & HR Solutions since July 2016, and a long-standing position as a Leadership Development Consultant, Facilitator, and Coach at Pathways People Development since February 2005. Cheryl's expertise encompasses needs analysis, individual and team coaching, and the design and facilitation of workshops.
