James Gallacher

James Gallacher is a seasoned executive coach and HR professional with extensive experience in career transition, organizational development, and wellbeing facilitation. Currently serving as Director and Career Transition Facilitator at Yellow Box Careers, James helps individuals navigate their career paths through innovative coaching and workshop methodologies. In addition to roles at iHR Australia as a Strategic HR Consultant and at Corporate Wellbeing Hub as a Facilitator, James leads co-design initiatives at Roses in the Ocean, focusing on suicide prevention and support. As a Principal Consultant at Davidson, James applies expertise in executive career coaching, and previously held multiple leadership positions at Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust and Parks Victoria. James holds a Bachelor of Education in Environmental Science from the University of Melbourne and completed an Executive Leadership program with Kumbayah Consulting.
