Michael Donnelly

Michael Donnelly has extensive experience in recruitment and operational management, currently serving as General Manager for Queensland Recruitment at Davidson since August 2019. In this role, Michael oversees the operational direction of the Recruitment Division and collaborates with the Executive Leadership team on strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Michael held various positions including Owner and Director at HRMatrix, Associate Director and Manager at Professional Search Group, and Senior Consultant at Robert Half International. Michael's career in recruitment began in 2006, with positions in several notable firms, contributing to a well-rounded expertise in enhancing workplace performance and supporting local businesses in the recruitment sector. Education was completed at Sittingbourne Community College.
