Paul Lefebvre

Paul Lefebvre is an experienced human resources and organizational development professional with a robust background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Partner at Davidson, Paul also holds positions as Chair of the People and Culture Committee at Youth Live4Life and as a Board Committee Member for the Bionics Institute and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. With over a decade at Seismos Advisory Services, Paul provides strategic workplace solutions and leadership coaching to senior executives. Previous experience includes significant positions such as Vice President People & Culture at Victoria University, Head of Human Resources for GlaxoSmithKline’s Global Manufacture & Supply, and various roles at National Australia Bank. Paul holds a Graduate Diploma in Business with a major in HR Management from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Education in Business from the University of Melbourne.
