Greg Hutton

Greg Hutton is an experienced professional in strategic land planning, with a background that includes roles as a Strategic Planner at Davidsons Homes, where responsibilities involved promoting strategic sites, project managing planning applications, and assisting in land acquisition throughout the Midlands. Prior to this, Greg worked as a Graduate Planner at Hallam Land Management Limited, where involvement included land searches and site appraisals, and held various planning positions including a Planning Intern at JLL and planning placements at Leicester City Council and DLP Planning Ltd, gaining diverse experience in both public and private sector planning. Greg holds a Master’s degree in Urban Studies and Planning from The University of Sheffield.
