Rachel Davidson

Rachel Davidson is an experienced retail professional with a diverse background in management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Store Manager at DAVIDsTEA since February 2015, Rachel applies expertise in customer service, marketing, and employee development. As the Owner/President of PillowTalk from November 2007 to May 2013, Rachel successfully created a business that achieved increased sales through innovative marketing and strong vendor relationships, earning accolades such as “Best Boutique” in Indianapolis A-List for two consecutive years. Previously, as Senior Manager at Pitaya from March 2000 to November 2007, Rachel played a key role in transforming an independent location into a growing nationwide chain, overseeing operations, marketing strategies, and nationwide hiring and training efforts. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
