Andy Smith serves as the Head of Proposition Motor Claims for Davies, focusing on strategic development and profitable growth within the UK, Ireland, and European markets since September 2023. With extensive experience in claims management, previous roles include Claims Director & Partner at Davies, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing all casualty and motor claims handling in the UK and Ireland. Prior to Davies, Andy held various leadership positions at Keoghs, culminating in Operations Director & Partner, managing multiple operational activities across significant teams. Additional experience includes operations management at Watchstone Group Plc, Mobile Doctors Plc, and Quindell Business Process Services, along with earlier roles at BP Insurance Brokers. Andy's background is characterized by exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and in-depth market knowledge, supported by a strong educational foundation from St. Marys College.
